[ic] Messy Error Message to user

I finally decided to adjust the OrderLineLimit directive in the catalog.cfg

Set to 9:
OrderLineLimit  9

Produces this error when the user orders the 10th item
Sorry, there was an error in processing this form action. Please report the
error or try again later. (Undefined subroutine &Vend::Order::do_lockout
called at /home/htfcds/interchange/lib/Vend/Order.pm line 1889. )

Messy error, would have preferred it to find the do_lockout sub and produce
a suitable error... but oh, a de-bugging we a go :)

Unless.... mmmm... by pass a built in feature of the catalog.cfg with snips
if ICML in the cart and basket and checkout... multiple places to replace
data checks, would be nice if do_lockout was a plausible sub....

Just ranting :)
