[ic] Administration tool -> IMPORT *.xls and *.zip

Hi,

I use Interchange 4.8 and e-commerce suite, i have then in the
Administration Tool -> Commerce Launcher the possibility to make import of
my *.xls and *.zip.

But i don't want to use a Administration User to make this !!!!
I just want a restricted user to make import of files ....



If you know something about this please tell me something ...
