Thank you for your advice.

As a matter of fact, I've received about 20
cc-bought orders which is reasonable regarding that I've kept my site
on low-exposure untill it will be up to what I want so then
we can start advertising and stuff.

You're partly right on everything.
Allmost all orders I've had have been American, allmost all VISA.
A few "fax me your cc"'s just 2 or 3 and no International Transfers
at all: people seem to think this is too much hassle.

Furthermore, our Dutch customers prefer to do things with
a national bank transfer which is safest and quickest in most case.
