[mv] error

Okay I decided to uninstall minivend and start again.  I reinstalled with 
the commands
make ......
make test && make install
Now i get a new error when I change to the minivend dir and try the command 
./restart
minivend not configured no minivend.cfg
What am I doing wrong here?
