Yes Bill, I am starting it as user 'visprox' - I have no other account on
that server.
Your detailed explanation towards the startup process may go a long way
towards figuring out the source of this problem. I have forwarded all your
comments - including this one - to my technical contact at the ISP, who has
vowed to work on the issue with me. There is only so much that I can do.
